Corporate Strategy & Research (CS&R) is Liberty Mutual’s internal management consulting group. We serve as trusted, strategic advisers to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team and drive transformational change by taking an enterprise-wide, customer-centric perspective. We develop future leaders of the company by creating an environment that fosters intellectual curiosity, professional development, and personal fulfillment.
We’re looking for intellectually curious, creative, driven individuals who have a strong desire to expand their management consulting toolkit.
As an Associate Consultant in the CS&R Group, you’ll be part of a tight-knit project team that advises Liberty Mutual’s senior executives in making key strategic decisions.
You’ll develop key relationships with leaders and executives across the organization and develop projects that drive innovation, strategy development, thought leadership, and business transformation at Liberty Mutual.
