The position of Associate, Data Strategy & Automation
Harding Loevner is seeking a hands-on professional with strong technical skills and relevant industry
knowledge to be an Associate on its Data Strategy & Automation team. The Associate will be a key player
in the continued enhancement of the firm’s client relationship management (CRM) system and broader data
analytics processes.
The Associate, Data Strategy & Automation position is best suited for someone who has experience at a
financial services firm within a business development group or a related area. The role requires in-depth
knowledge of CRM solutions, preferably Salesforce, in terms of their core functional and analytical
capabilities. Equally important is a strong customer service attitude, attention to detail and quality, a team
focus and strong interpersonal skills. The Associate will have an opportunity to work on multiple projects
related to the firm’s data applications and collaborate with colleagues across departments.

Responsibilities:
• Key team member in the enhancement of the firm’s sales reporting and related processes
• Collaborate with business teams and consultant to evolve the firm’s Salesforce architecture and
application
• Develop sales and client information data visualizations for management, business development, and
client management teams
• Determine requirements that will be used to train and evolve business user skills related to these efforts
• Create and maintain business requirement documentation as well as auditing processes
• Coordinate other business intelligence/analytics initiatives across the firm
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience at a financial services firm
• Hands-on experience with a client relationship management system
• Familiarity of programming languages such as Python, R, SQL
• Use of data visualization tools (examples, PowerBI or Tableau)
• Ability to communicate clearly with end users, development managers and other stakeholders
